BareFootBootCamp Designed by Jules, our exclusive BareFootBootCamp is the culmination of over thirty years of programming experience, blending the freedom of a barefoot workout with powerhouse movements and expert fitness techniques. This signature class, created especially for SolFit clients, targets strength, specific focus on abs and buns, and of course, plenty of jumping jacks to get your heart racing. Get ready for a dynamic, full-body workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized. LiFT Looking for something more intense? Our LiFT classes deliver a high-energy, weighted experience designed to build your strength and push you to new limits. With dumbbells, power lifting techniques, and other weight equipment, LiFT will help you hit your personal record (PR) in no time! To top it off, we’ll fire up your glutes with a powerful booty band workout, or add some heart-pumping HIIT training to take your fitness to the next level.
